Процедура
For UG programme applications please submit your programme application by the end of January 2024 through UCAS for September 2024 entry. For PGT programme applications please enquire with the admissions team or the Sanctuary Coordinator. These need to be done before applying for a scholarship.
Any questions, please contact the Sanctuary Coordinator, Claire Giles.
Stage 1 - Submit scholarship application along with required evidence such as programme offer letter (outlined in the application form).
Stage 2 - The Sanctuary Coordinator will process the forms and may contact applicants should further information be required.
Stage 3 - The application closes 7 June 2024.
Stage 4 - The panel meet to go through completed applications*.
Stage 5 - The panel select the applicants they wish to offer the scholarship to.
Stage 6 - The Sanctuary Coordinator contacts the successful applicants to offer them a conditional scholarship offer. This condition is based on being able to successfully enrol onto one of our university programmes (this is typically confirmed after August results day, depending on entry requirements/course)
Stage 7 - Applicants accept or decline the scholarship offer. If declined, the panel go back to the unsuccessful applicants to enquire if they are still interested and hold and offer.
Stage 8 - If they accept then the applicant lets the Sanctuary Coordinator know if they have accommodation requirements.
Stage 9 - In August students must confirm they have/have not met the requirements of their programme following results day.
Stage 10 - The coordinator communicates with the successful scholars to ensure they are supported through enrolment, moving, or any other university process.
