The present Call for Applications is for Ukrainian citizens who wish to pursue higher education studies in a Hungarian higher education institution. The opportunity is also open for those who already pursued higher education studies before and those who only have a secondary school graduation certificate (and who will have obtained a secondary school graduation certificate by the time of the enrolment).The Students at Risk Subprogramme provides scholarships for studies in Hungarian higher education institutions. Applicants with Ukrainian citizenship can choose any study field offered in the Students at Risk Subprogramme of the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme.

Квалификация

The scholarship is available for those who meet all of the following criteria: who are citizens of Ukraine (including dual citizenship, except for those with Hungarian citizenship! Ukrainian-Hungarian dual citizens cannot apply!); those Ukrainian students who can certify that they have completed at least 11 years in public education.
