QualifyING Program for Engineers
The QualifyING project is a cooperation project between HSBI, TH Agricola Bochum and TH OWL. In a one-year program, engineers with a refugee background who have completed their studies in their home country receive further qualifications at the universities and in partner companies. The aim is to provide the most comprehensive theoretical and practical preparation possible for the German job market and to acquire a certificate awarded by the universities.

Qualifications
(1) Completed studies in one of the following disciplines :
Civil Engineering;
mechanical engineering;
Electrical engineering;
Mechatronics;
(2) One of the following language certificates :
TelcB2;
Goethe-B2;
TestDAF 12 points;
DSH-1;
(3) if applicable, refugee status
