The applicant and their parents must be a Tibetan refugee holding a Green Book (GB) with contributions paid until the year 2023. Form A must be duly filled and attested by local Tibetan Settlement Officer. The applicant must have secured minimum aggregate percentage of 50% in their undergraduate degree from a recognised university in any field of study and must have graduated in 2021 or later. (The graduation year will be considered according to the result/mark sheet declaration date, not the date of issuance of the Degree Certificate). Applicant must have a valid Identity Certificate (IC) or the IC payment receipt for newly applied and for extension of IC. Applicant are required to compile the following documents into a single PDF, in the specified order: Resume with passport photo. (One page) Recommendation letter from Undergraduate college/university. (Latest recommendation letter signed by the respective professor and bearing the university stamp) An essay on ‘Why you are applying for this scholarship?’ (400 to 500 words typed – A4 size) Japanese Language Certificate (if available)
