In 2016 THGA launched a programme specifically designed to help people with a refugee background. Language courses as well as pre-study courses and measures accompanying the study programme show the university's commitment in opening new prospects for these people.

Admission

We will review your documents. 2. If your documents are complete and fulfil the requirements, we will send you an online appointment. 3. After your application you will be invited to a German-placement test. The test determines your language level in our programme. 4. When you received the result of your placement test, you can decide whether you accept it and join the programme. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or email. Qualifications

(1) International prospective students with or without Refugee status (2) Proof of Higher Education Entrance Qualification (Abitur) abroad which would allow you to study there (3) Intention to study at the Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola (4) Participation in the German-placement test (“Einstufungstest”) of the PPA

Accepts transfer credit.
