Admission

Recognition of Education: The recognition of foreign education for access to Bulgarian higher education is carried out according to specific legal provisions.; Decision Process: The decision to approve candidates is made by the higher education institutions. Qualifications

Eligibility and Application: Ukrainian students who meet the conditions under PMS No. 103/1993 can apply according to the general order of the decree. Up to 1,000 places are designated for candidates of Bulgarian nationality from Ukraine and Moldova, who can apply in a simplified manner by submitting documents through various means.; Non-Eligible Candidates: Ukrainian students who do not meet the conditions under PMS No. 103/1993 must apply as foreign citizens, paying higher tuition fees without any relief.;

Procedure

Admission Requirements for Foreigners: The admission of foreign students is regulated by the Ordinance on the State Requirements for Admission of Students to Higher Education Institutions. Applicants must submit various documents, including educational certificates, proof of language proficiency, and biographical data, which must be certified, translated, and legalized.

Academic Transfer

Accepts transfer credit.
