Qualifications

The Scholarship is open for consideration for domestic Undergraduate students who are residents of Australia and on a Refugee or a Humanitarian visa. The students must also demonstrate financial disadvantage, volunteering and community engagement, and address barriers and challenges faced.

Procedure

Applications for the UC Foundation Scholarship for Refugee students open on the 01st of May every year and closes at midnight on the Friday of Week 1 of Semester 2. Students are expected to apply only once through the Application portal available through the Scholarships website. Applicants must answer each question in the application form truly and to the best of their knowledge at the time of applying. Any major change in the application must be conveyed to the Scholarships team at Scholarships@canberra.edu.au before the closing date. After this date, your application will be considered based on the original application. In case of multiple applications, the latest application will be considered.

Academic Transfer

Accepts transfer credit.
