Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Citizenship:
hold one of the Permanent Humanitarian visas listed under the Refugee Scholarships section on the Humanitarian Visa Classes page.
Enrolment:
new or continuing student. If a new student, the applicant must have received an offer to study.
Program/s:
any Western Sydney University undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree, or Foundation Studies, Diploma or Associate Degree at The College
Additional:
demonstrate financial or other hardship as assessed by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC). Recipients must remain enrolled at Western.
Recipients must maintain a minimum GPA of 4.
Procedure
Applications are to be submitted through the Universities Admissions Centre. Shortlisted applicants, as determined by the UAC Equity Ranking, may be required to make a written submission in support of their application.
