Admission Notice - Complementary Instructions for Enrollment
6.6. Supplementary Instructions for Enrollment Request for Refugee Candidates or Asylum Seekers
6.7.1. The Special Commission for Refugees or Asylum Seekers (CER) of UFABC will be responsible for attesting to compliance and approving or not the filling of vacancies reserved for Refugees or asylum seekers and Refugees or asylum seekers in situations of economic vulnerability and for nominating these candidates to the Commission for the Approval of Enrollment of Freshmen described in item 6.1.1.
6.7.2. It is the candidate's sole responsibility to verify, at the time of choosing this type of competition, compliance with the criteria required to compete for vacancies for Refugees or asylum seekers or Refugees or asylum seekers in a situation of economic vulnerability, according to ConsUni Resolution No. 182/2017, or any other that may replace or change it.
6.7.3. In addition to the documentation listed in item 6.1.3, all candidates summoned to request enrollment through any of the vacancies reserved for Refugees or asylum seekers must present supporting documentation from CONARE or presentation of the refugee request protocol, in accordance with the procedures regulated by Law No. 9,474/1997.

6.7.5. At any time, if there is a complaint against the use of this type of competition, the candidate or student, if the enrollment has been approved, may be called for a face-to-face or remote interview by the Special Commission for Refugees (CER) of UFABC.
6.7.6. The candidate who enters UFABC through the vacancies reserved for Refugees or asylum seekers or for Refugees or asylum seekers in situations of economic vulnerability will sign, in person or remotely, a statement confirming this condition. The candidate may be excluded from this Selection Process, at any time, if it is proven that he/she made a false statement by opting for this type of competition.

6.9. Any of the situations provided for in this Notice that involve the verification of the condition declared by candidates, through face-to-face or remote interviews with part or all of the Commissions acting in this selection process may be recorded or filmed, provided that the candidate is previously made aware of this.
6.10. In any of the situations of verification, approval or denunciation in this Notice, the right to be heard will be respected.
Admission Notice - Highlights
3.1.1. Academic activities may take place in the afternoon (afternoon) for both students enrolled in the morning and in the evening.
3.1.2. For all UFABC courses, Saturday is considered a school day in the morning and afternoon periods.

3.4. The deadline for the completion of the Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degrees (BC&T and BC&H) is 3 (three) years and for the completion of the Interdisciplinary Degrees is 4 (four) years, from the beginning of the first four months attended by the student at UFABC.

3.6.4. The monitoring of information regarding this Selection Process throughout its validity is the sole responsibility of the candidate.

6.1.8. Failure to attend or fail to manifest remotely by the candidate for the enrollment request on the dates and times announced, or on the remote channels disclosed, in any call of this Selection Process, will result in the loss of the vacancy and exclusion from all subsequent calls, and there is no possibility of requesting enrollment after the deadline.
Qualifications
All candidates called to apply for enrollment must present the following documents:
a) a legible copy of the Identity Card for Brazilian citizens or the National Registry of Foreigners/RNE, except for Refugees or asylum seekers
b) a legible copy of the High School Transcript (front and back)
c) a legible copy of the Certificate of Completion of High School
d) a legible copy of the Birth or Marriage Certificate
e) for male Brazilians over 18 years of age, a legible copy of a document proving discharge from compulsory military service
f) a 3x4 photograph printed and recent for the registration form
In addition to the aforementioned documentation, the candidate must inform the number of the Individual Taxpayer Registry/CPF, if it is not included in the Identity Card, and must be up to date with the Electoral Court.
The candidate summoned to request enrollment who has completed studies equivalent to High School, in whole or in part, abroad, must present an opinion of equivalence of studies obtained at the State or District Department of Education.
Documents in a foreign language must be accompanied by the respective official translation.
Note: There are cases in which the Certificate of Completion of High School is included in the School Transcript. Check your document (front and back).
Enrollment by Proxy
For candidates under 18 years of age, the application for enrollment on the date of the call must be made by a parent or a legally constituted guardian. In the event of a remote request, this consent will be requested later.
The enrollment request may be made by a person over 18 years of age, provided that he/she carries a specific power of attorney for this purpose, signed by the candidate and notarized.
If the candidate is under 18 years of age on the date of the enrollment request, the power of attorney must be signed by one of the parents or by a legally constituted guardian.
