Graduation Specifically in relation to requests for vacancies for undergraduate courses, new admissions will be regulated by a COMVEST notice with publication expected in the first half of 2025. Requests that are already in progress will not be affected. Admission
Article 3. The request will be filed with the DAC Service, responsible for checking the required documentation, with forwarding to the Rector's Office. Article 4. The request will be analyzed by an Evaluation Committee established by the Rector's Office, consulted the Sérgio Vieira de Mello Chair, composed of at least 3 members, and published in the Official Gazette of the State of São Paulo (DOESP). Article 5. The Evaluation Committee will issue a final opinion in favor or not of the request, returning it to the Rector's Office for decision. Afterwards, the request will be forwarded to the Sérgio Vieira de Mello Chair for science and to the Academic Board for action, including knowledge of the applicant and eventual enrollment of the applicant. Article 6. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication, and the provisions to the contrary are revoked (Process No. 01-P-12526/2019). The documents can be delivered in person at the DAC Service or, preferably, online, via the Talk to DAC system, subject "Refugees". We emphasize that there are no guaranteed vacancies for people with Refugee status. The granting of the vacancy will depend on the analysis of the documentation delivered by the established Commission and the maximum limit of students that each course allows. Qualifications
Article 1. Participation in the specific selection carried out by Unicamp for the admission of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants benefiting from the Brazilian government's humanitarian policies in graduate courses will be subject to proof of one of the following conditions: Refugee status, by means of a certificate issued by the National Committee for Refugees – CONARE; Asylum seeker status, proven by the DP-RNM – Provisional Document of National Migration Registration or equivalent document issued by the Federal Police Department, in accordance with the procedures regulated by Law 9.474/97; Condition of migratory regularity, proven by the National Migration Registration Card (CRNM) or analogous application protocol issued by the Federal Police Department, with a residence permit for a fixed or indefinite period, resulting from humanitarian reception or other humanitarian policies of the Brazilian government. Sole Paragraph. Applications may be accepted from candidates who have attended Undergraduate or Master's degrees in Brazil or abroad. Article 2. In addition to the documents that prove the classification in one of the items of article 1 of this Resolution, the other documents required to request a vacancy for study at Unicamp are the following: Miscellaneous Requests Form, available on the DAC website, filled out with the justification of interest in the course and signed; Letter with brief life history as well as future expectations (can be written in text editor, such as Word, LibreOffice, Notepad, PDF, others); Documentation proving the completion of studies equivalent to an undergraduate or Diploma, preferably accompanied by an Undergraduate Transcript for a vacancy in the stricto sensu Graduate Program - Master's and Doctorate. ATTENTION: In addition to the documentation required in articles 1 and 2, the interested party must MANDATORILY fill out and sign a statement attesting to the veracity of the information and documents presented.
