Supports students at risk

Susila Dharma Australia is committed to helping alleviate the barriers faced by refugees and asylum seekers in the pursuit of higher level education and career development. This scholarship provides financial assistance for those enrolled to study in a tertiary institution on a full time basis. No more than three (3) applicants will be selected to receive a scholarship. Each successful applicant will receive $3000.

Detailed Information

Qualifications

To be eligible, you must satisfy ALL of the following 3 criteria: study and reside in Australia; be from a refugee or asylum seeker background; and be enrolled to study full-time at a tertiary institution for all of 2024 (university, TAFE, etc).

Procedure

IMPORTANT DATES Applications close Saturday 22nd February 2025. You will be advised of the outcome by mid-April 2025. HOW TO APPLY Enquiries and applications should be sent to sd.chair@subud.org.au. A committee will select up to 3 applicants to receive the scholarship. Each successful applicant will receive $3,000.

Academic Transfer

Accepts transfer credit.
